Kylee is a kinesiologist, personal trainer, coach, former athlete, and lover of all things fitness, health, wellness, sport, and nutrition related. She loves working with clients and helping them become stronger, perform their best, instill confidence in the gym, increase their mobility & flexibility and support healthy lifestyle habits. She loves helping people reach the next level in their physical fitness, as well as helping with the transition from the gym into improved performance in elite sport or recreational activities.
Participating in sports growing up, and always having a interest in fitness, health and wellness, Kylee decided to study Kinesiology at Red Deer College. While she was there she apprenticed under the athletic therapist working with Queens Basketball & Kings Hockey. After two years in Red Deer Kylee I moved to a rural town to work for Alberta Health Services as a therapy assistant. Kylee moved to Kelowna to finish her degree. While there she worked with Crash Conditioning, as an elite hockey player strength and conditioning coach.
In 2018 Kylee graduated from University of British Columbia Okanagan with a Bachelor of Human Kinetics and specializing in the Clinical Exercise Physiology stream. Since graduating she has been working as a exercise specialist in cardiac rehabilitation, coaching “CrossFit” classes & bootcamps, and training hockey teams. Most recently Kylee has joined us here on Vancouver Island working at Prime' Sport Performance & Therapy as a Strength and Conditioning coach as well as at CBI as a kinesiologist.
Kylee is also certified in Fascial Stretch Therapy which she practices at Prime', as well as JOGA, an athletic type of yoga.
