All Kinesiologist services begin with a full body evaluation of your current physical function. A combination of at-home exercises and one-on-one sessions will be used to deliver and execute treatment.
Apart from exercise prescription, our therapists may utilize other modalities such as tens, soft tissue release, KT-tape, Graston and Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation (PNF) to aid your treatment If you are working with other rehab professionals you may be seeing (ex. physician, physiotherapy, chiropractic, occupational therapy, RMT, etc...), please provide us with their contact information and we would be happy to work with them cooperatively toward your treatment plan.
