About the Program: February 27th- June 7th, 2019 (15 weeks) Applicants must be available to make all three weekly sessions. Session dates and times: Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday: 7 - 8 am. Prime' Sport Performance and Therapy is offering a semi-private weight loss program combining nutrition, exercise, and a proven support system to meet your individualized needs and Spring and Summer fitness goals. Our ‘2019 Spring Weight loss Program’ will include three high energy, challenging workouts per week led by a certified strength and conditioning specialist: Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday: 7 - 8 am. Participants will also have free access to our current Adult Strength & Conditioning (A.S.C) MOVE program: MONDAYS 6 - 7:15 pm WEDNESDAYS 6 - 7:15 pm FRIDAYS 6:30 - 7:45 pm SATURDAYS 10 - 11:15 am Program includes:
3x private body fat percentage measurements (Week 2, 8, 15)
2x group nutrition meeting with certified Nutritionist (Week 3, 12)
3x individual meetings with certified Nutritionist (Week 4, 6, 9)

Deciding to train at PRIME turned out to be a life changing experience. The early morning workouts were challenging and extremely rewarding. They were specifically tailored to what was needed to be done to achieve our individual goals. What I truly grew to appreciate was how training the 1 hour in the morning at prime began to improve my habits of diet, sleep and training. I would highly recommend PRIME to anyone looking to start, continue or challenge their strength and conditioning journey.
I was nervous and reluctant to commit to Prime's Weight loss program, partially because of the 16-week commitment-both from a time commitment, and financial commitment standpoint; Additionally, I was under the impression Prime' only worked with high caliber athletes. After the first week of the program I knew I had come to the right place. All of Prime's staff show their passion, and kindness every day. Starting with their front desk staff, all of the awesome Strength and conditioning specialists, Kinesiologists, Nutritionist, and therapist are truly amazing, genuine, caring people. I lost 12 pounds over the course of the program, which were the hardest pounds to lose, I have continued training with Prime' their Adult Strength and Conditioning program, and have now lost 45lbs. Thanks to Prime' for pushing me to achieve the level of fitness I didn't think was achievable, I HIGHLY recommend.
